Mari Jane leads the Internal Audit Practice at Kreston Helmi Talib and leads one of the Audit Teams of the Group.  In today's complex and ever-changing business landscape where transparency, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management are critical, she collaborates with organisations to identify risks, evaluate internal controls systems and recommend solutions to enhance regulatory compliance and minimise risk exposure.

Her portfolio includes projects spanning internal control compliance reviews against Sarbanes-Oxley and Japanese SOX standards, process improvement advisory on financial reporting processes, and US GAAP/GAAS reporting requirements for SEC engagements.
